The following Credit cards can be used.

②The address registered on the card must match the delivery address.
In order to maintain a commercial environment where people can use credit cards safely and securely, we may cancel transactions that are detected as fraudulent by the credit online payment system.

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not in charge or in control of these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.

The order with unpaid import duties will be returned to us. The tax will still be charged to our account. Those tax combined with return shipping fee and $50 USD admin fee will be billed back to the client or taken off store credit. The tax and return shipping fee are refunded only if the shipping company refund these fees to us. Refund is NOT guaranteed. 

 

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products sold. Each item is carefully authenticated by our vintage experts. In the very unusual occasion that an item turns out to not be authentic, the buyer is eligible for a full refund. In addition, the products sold at our store are vintage items. Unlike new products, they may show signs of wear due to aging.

Since all the products we handle are one-of-a-kind, and in order to prevent replacement, as a general rule we do not accept returns.

We take all possible measures to ensure that the products and packaging are perfect, but in the unlikely event that the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is defective, please contact us by email or phone.

We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience, such as dislike of the product or the product being different from what was expected.
