Return and Exchange Policy


We cannot accept returns for personal reasons such as "not as expected" or "not liked." Products purchased through our service can only be returned if they are defective or if an incorrect item was sent. If you have any concerns about the product information, please contact us before purchasing, as returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons outlined on the product page after the purchase.

 


Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products with clear discrepancies from their listed specifications at the time of purchase (excluding wrinkles or deformation due to processing, shipping, or storage).
  • Receiving an item different from what was confirmed in the order confirmation email.

Note: We will cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns or exchanges.


Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items received more than two days prior.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
  • Loss of the delivery note.
  • Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, such as color or size preferences.
  • Products damaged or used due to customer mishandling, including any signs of use.
  • Alterations to the product’s condition due to personal maintenance, such as cleaning or washing.
  • Products damaged or soiled during delivery.
  • Sale or lucky bag items.
  • Hygiene-related items, such as underwear or swimwear.
  • Loss of tags, labels, or accessories included with the product.
  • Products where the packaging is part of the item, and the packaging has been opened.
  • Items not ordered through this website.
